From the very beginning, American Ortho-Tech placed a special emphasis on creating greater patient comfort and care through the use of the latest technology. Over time, the business grew to include specialties as lower-extremity prosthetics, upper-extremity prosthetics, and highly-advanced microprocessor and myoelectric prosthetic devices. With ABC-certified clinicians and highly knowledge fabricators and technicians, American Ortho-Tech has emerged as a leader in orthotic and prosthetic care. They continue to enrich the lives of their patients at their location in Florida. American Ortho-Tech joined Level Four Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2014.

John Jump, CPO, Vice President, Prosthetics started in the field as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician in 1991, working with many of the team members we have today in the company. After graduating from Metropolitan State University with a degree in Healthcare Administration he became ABC Certified and State Licensed in Florida as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist. He began practicing in the Central Florida area developing a love for practicing custom orthotics and advanced prosthetics.
In 2006, John became the practice owner of American OrthoTech in Daytona Beach, Florida prior to being acquired by Level Four in 2014. Those who get to work with John daily appreciate his dedication to his patients, the craftsmanship of Prosthetics, his commitment to individualized patient care, his guidance to the numerous prosthetists he mentors and his mantra towards teamwork driven goals.
John’s role as Vice President of Prosthetics focuses on clinical management of patient care for Prosthetics, partnerships with premiere Prosthetic manufacturers, enhancements to all stages of prosthetic care and business development plans to expand our Prosthetic footprint in the communities we serve. John also travels to our clinics to serve as an expert in the field for advanced technology, provides education for patients and clinicians and participates in our Prosthetic Events like FIT Clinics and Technology Trials.
Andre Bellicini is an ABC-certified prosthetist-orthotist in the state of Florida. He graduated from Northwestern University with BS in business management and a post-graduate degree in orthotics and prosthetics. He is an upper extremity speicalist in both Body Powered & Myo Electric (Bionic) Arms and has over 25 years experience.
Tom Mowery earned his Bachelor of Science in exercise and sport science from the University of Florida. He went on to study Prosthetics at California State University and Orthotics at Northwestern Medical School. Tom has over 20 years experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics and is also a Cranial Remolding Specialist. He is a former Paralympics volunteer.
Clem Newbold, Holds American Board for Certification credentials as a Certified Prosthetist and Orthotic Fitter, began his career in the O & P industry over 20 years ago as a prosthetics technician. He earned his American Board Certification as a technician in prosthetics and then continued further to pursue a career as a patient care practitioner. Clem earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University, and further earned his credentials from Northwestern University Medical School. Clem has worked with members of the Paralympic Cycling and Skiing Teams, and is an avid cyclist and skier. He enjoys spending time with his family.
